Gary Thornley – National Manager Costing
Gary is probably one of the most experienced estimators in the Australian building and construction industry. Having started as an estimating cadet over 40 years ago, Gary has moved up the ranks within a number of well known names within the construction industry including Bovis Australia (now Bovis Lend-Lease) and AV Jennings. Since joining Cordell Information in 2007 as Chief Estimator, he has been responsible for the management of the costing research division. |

Ted Lozada - Estimator
Ted has been with Cordell Information for 5 years as an estimator, helping to compile the vast amount of supply and fix costings that go into our products. Previously Ted was working as an estimator for a large building company. Outside of work Ted enjoys bush walking, as is also an active member in his community as a volunteer reader at his community church.

Dr Georgia McGregor - Special Projects Officer
Georgia has recently joined the company to work on special projects after completing her PhD in Media Arts. Her thesis examined the connections between architecture, space and play in videogames. Prior to that she completed a BA in Architectural Design with First Class Honours, for which she was awarded the University Medal. When not at work Georgia can be found reading, renovating, writing fiction or indulging her interest in art, craft and design.

Giselle Makhlouf - Special Projects Officer
Giselle has been with Cordell since February 2008. She joined the Costing research team where she is focused on researching and providing accurate information for the customers.
Giselle enjoys music, loves to read and has an interest in design.

Kathie Green - Costing Researcher
Kathie has been working in Costing Research for 11 years, helping to source the data that goes into our products. She previously held research positions in companies including CSR, John Fairfax & Sons and ABC TV. When not at Cordell, Kathie spends time white water rafting, paragliding and base jumping. She also has a wicked sense of humour.

Frances has been with Cordell Information for almost 4 years. She has previously worked as a freelance Props Buyer and Stylist in film and television. She loves researching and has had lots of experience, searching for just the right ‘prop’ for various film sets. She loves reading, films and cooking. |

Terry Green – Estimator Training and Support
Terry is Cordell Information’s estimating expert with over 15 year’s experience in supporting customers and training builders and contractors on how to estimate accurately and effectively using the Cordell Estimator V4 system. Before joining Cordell, Terry managed his family-owned commercial/industrial construction business for 25 years. This involved the day to day management of new construction and refurbishment of existing structures within the Sydney CBD and metropolitan areas. Away from the business life enjoys family activities, travel, historical places like art galleries, is a keen lover of most sport and enjoys a dabbling in horse racing and playing golf at any opportunity.

Tracey Elliott – Special Projects Officer -Costing
Having been an employee of Cordell for over 15 years, Tracey has held a variety of positions within the Building Cost Research Department including, a stint within our Construction Projects Research Team. This vast level of experience is invaluable resource for Cordell and gives Tracey a good understanding of the construction and building industries. When she is not at work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family.

Carrie Chan - Costing Researcher
Carrie Chan has been with Cordell Information for more than 20 years. For the first 15 years she worked in the Project Research department; researching the status of new or existing developments. Late 2006, she joined the Costing department. Carrie enjoys reading and shopping.
