Information Collection and Use
We are the sole owner of information collected on this website. We will not share or disclose this information to any other party, except as outlined in our policy. We collect information from you to process orders and provide you with information such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as a credit card numbers. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for future access to your account information. To ensure confidentiality we safeguard your user name and password.
Order
Most of the information collected will be used to process orders or requests for information. During the order process, you will need to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or cheque information. This information is used for billing purposes only and to fulfil your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorisation and approval. Sharing

Whilst our order forms may ask you to submit personal information (such as your credit card number), this information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software.
If you wish to have your financial information removed at the time of your order, you may elect to have this information removed from our records upon completion of your order. Otherwise, you may contact us at (Cordell Information +61 2 9934 5555) this is the main switch number to request that your information be deleted from our database however you will be required to resubmit this information for subsequent transactions.
